Bach Flower Remedies:

What are they?
The flower essences started with Dr. Edward Bach around 1925. He was a Physician, Bacteriologist, Pathologist and a Homeopath who spent his lifetime searching for the purest and most natural form of healing. His destiny was to save the people from themselves. Dr. Bach was dissatisfied with orthodox medicine treating symptoms only and wanted to dig deeper, find the core of the problem and focus on the cure. He was aware that personality, life outlook, and beliefs had a strong influence on the ability heal and be healthy. He found the English flowers that would heal emotional trauma.

There are 38 Bach essences for specific emotional and mental states of mind. The 39th Essence is Rescue Remedy, for emergencies and true restlessness. Rescue contains Star of Bethlehem for (grief, trauma, loss), Cherry Plum for (fear of losing control), Rock Rose for (terror or panic), Impatiens for (quick action/reaction impatience), and Clematis for (lack of focus). 37 of the 38 remedies are based on single wild flowers found in England. Rock Water is made from Spring water found near Mount Vernon.

It is used for the treatment of Migraines, restrictions in the diaphragm, sacrum, low back, and pelvis etc. This is accomplished by monitoring and balancing the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid. Hot Stone Massage: Imagine having heated Basalt stones strategically placed on the back to instill relaxation while your posterior upper and lower legs and your feet are massaged with hot stones. More stones are used to glide up your back and warm the deep tissue as well as relax the muscles and detoxify your body. The stones are heated to an optimal 130 -140° F. These hot stones are cleaned before each use and are used with massage oil or crème to give the ultimate glide and comfort. The heat from the stones allows the therapist to easily work the deep tissue and the muscle fascia giving great results for the client.
